It comes in its original box and has its original box cover. It also has its original warranty which, of course, would no longer be applicable as it has been not used, in storage for a number of years. I did try writing with the pen and it does write. The pen is marked: "Mont Blanc-Meiserstuck on the gold band around the middle. Also, it has the Mont Blanc white top. I believe it is NIB.
