Description: Up for your consideration is a stunning Inuit stone club head carving. This was picked up by my Grandfather somewhere in his many travels. He was a British Military Officer during World War II and later a Diplomat. This has been displayed in my office for many years. Probably dates to the late 1800’s. It’s very heavy for its size. It measures 6 inches tall by 2.5 inches wide. Carved of stone. I was told that it was a seal club. A very interesting piece. This vintage Native American Inuit Indian Eskimo stone eagle hand-carved club head is a handmade collectible depicting an eagle. It belongs to the Canadian Aboriginal culture and was made in Canada. This item does not have an ownership history available, and the specific artisan is unknown. It reflects the tribal affiliation of the Inuit people. From my personal collection. Selling to downsize a bit. New items listed every week. Please see and save my eBay store. Many repeat customers. You never know what will be for sale.
