Description: This vintage Nipon Boutique dress is black and has a long collar ribbon that can be tied in many different ways. It has a pleated front and is pleated at the waist as well. It has a button on the half sleeves and opens on the side with a zipper and buttons. It has two side pockets and is in excellent condition. Our vintage and preowned clothing, accessories and shoes have all been cleaned/washed.
