The last blank page is loose but with the book. The Text unit is pulling from the back cover. The spine has cover wear/ tearing. Cover has wear. The last few pages have a edge tear near the spine/binding area. See the pictures. This book has been stored for years and has an old book smell. Not necessarily musty but an old smell.
