Description: Vintage Olsson Carved Wooden Orange Dala Horse Akta Dalahemslojd Sweden 2" Vintage hand carved and painted wooden Dala Horse. The horse is painted orange and is a little over 2 inches tall and long. There is a vintage foil label on the horse's belly stating "Akta Dalahemslojd, Made in Sweden". I believe it is quite old, it has been in a print tray of little collectibles belonging to my grandmother for the last 40+ years (my memory is not good further back). Piece is in very good condition with no broken or repaired limbs, ears etc, At one point he was glued to a ? (possibly piece of blue paper) and small blue area remains on the front 2 hooves. See detail photos. Blue is not visible when the horse standing, nor does it impact it standing up level. Great vintage find.
