Description: This plastic toy bank of the iconic promotional vehicle for Oscar Mayer Hot Dogs is in excellent condition.The clear plastic windows are intact and not cracked; wheels intact and functional, and the Oscar Mayer decal logo is fully intact and not worn or faded, with only a couple of very small surface scratches. Body has only very minor surface scuffs from handling. Front the vehicle has a tab with a hole allowing one tie a string to it, allowing it to be used as a pull toy as well as a car/truck you can push on the floor or hard surface. Measure about 10" long, stands about 4 1/2" tall at the back tip of the hot dog, and base is about 2 7/8" wide.Upper weiner portion of the toy separates from the dark tan rolling base, connecting with two large tabs and keyed holes for retrieving any money put into the hole in the top. Includes original promotional magazine ad from 1990 that indicates 10 proof of purchases plus shipping handling fee was to be sent in to receive this bank.Great collectible promo piece for fans of the Oscar Mayer Weinermobile as well as a usable piggy bank and toy! I have not cleaned this item aside from a light dust off. Light soiling, dust, old age toning, dents, paint loss could be present along with other minor wear consistent with age.
