The original frame card is included. The frame is made in Hong Kong and has demo lenses. The measurements are:Frame Size 53/17 (Measured in mm. 53mm eye size, 17mm bridge size) Hinge to hinge 4 15/16". End to end 5 3/8". Inside lens top to bottom 50mm. Frame top to bottom 2 3/16" (54mm). Temple length is 140mm. These frames have never been worn or had RX lenses installed. They are new/old stock.
