It has been completely disassembled, cleaned, inspected and lubed. It is ready to spool up and take fishing. There is a small wear spot on the spool that doesnt affect anything. This is a used reel in great condition and is perfectly functional to use, or would make a nice addition to a vintage PENN reel collection.
