Description: Vintage Popaye's Girls Dress. Dress is white, sheer lace over solid white slip like layer with lace ruffle, tulle or crinoline with ruffle then another small ruffle attached to the underside of the tulle/crinoline, square lace collar with lace trim, short sleeves with elastic creating a ruffle-satin bow-small flower in the center of the bow (bows are safety pinned in - can be easily removed), chiffon at waist with more small flowers-ties in back, 5 pearl look buttons on back. No material tag. Approximate Girls Size 10 - 12 (no size tag). Small spot on the inside of collar (see picture 17). The elastic in the sleeves doesn't have much bounce back. Approximate Measurements (laid flat, not doubled): 16 inch underarm to underarm, 35 inches top of back collar to bottom hem. No returns accepted.
