Each Poupée Millet doll is a true work of art where no two dolls are alike. Each Poupée Millet doll is individually handcrafted and hand sewn. Only two artist create these one-of-a-kind dolls, Serge Chichportich (b. Paris) and Pablo Parés (b. Buenos Aires). On top of head is a large Ruffled Bonnet with a large bow. The body parts (head, hands, feet) are porcelain, body itself is a unique, colorful polyester fabric filled with millet seed (bird seed). 18" Poupée Millet doll from 1990 and signed by Pablo on her right foot. In excellent condition, fingers are broken on one hand. Has been in storage for years. This Poupée Millet doll measures 18" from toe to top of headdress, and 14" from fingertip to fingertip.
