I have an embossed Mayflower bottle that shows a 1083 E. 68th St. address, but there is no address on this pyro bottle. See the Location Logic Disclaimer below.Dairy Slogan(s) and Other Bottle Lettering: "Mayflower Dairy Co.", "Health Products" above large stylized "M" with "Purity Our Watchword" below. "1 Qt. Liquid C.C.S-E.", "152" and "Registered" (embossed along bottom rim). A huge "MD" is embossed on the bottom of the bottle.Capacity: One Quart. Height: Stands about 10 inches high. Graphics: Pyro graphics appear on two sides of bottle. Other lettering is molded in the glass.Graphics Condition: The pyro graphics are entirely readable and look great with only light wear except for the period in "Co." which is more faded.Glass Condition: Cleaned. The glass is not very scuffed at all. No significant flaws were observed. I noticed a couple tiny fleabites (one is visible above the "Health Products" shield).Additional Comments: The white pellets you see inside the bottle are included with the bottle. A bottle cap pog from a different dairy is included to help keep the dust out. This bottle is one of 12 purchased in a milk bottle crate in Willoughby, Ohio about 25 years ago; 2.) That milk crate and all other bottles in that crate appeared to be from eastern Cleveland and east suburbs; 3.) The "C.C.S.-E." abbreviation on the bottle seems to be an Ohio milk bottle thing. In fact, "C.C.S.-E" might be only a Cleveland thing since I've only noticed it on Cleveland bottles.; 4.) The Mayflower Dairy Co. bottles I have do not resemble any Pacific-Northwest USA Mayflower Milk bottles I have seen.
