Vintage "Ranch Oak Cowboy Style" Oak & Leather Table Lamp

Description: Vintage "Ranch Oak Style" Oak and Leather Table Lamp - Rare and Beautiful Design. Purchased from local estate sale about 10 years ago, the sale had numerous other labeled Ranch Oak furniture. This one has no label but I strongly suspect it is original Ranch Oak, based on its craftsmanship, sold oak material, beautiful leather design and classic Ranch Oak wax finish. I searched quite a bit but could never find another one like it for sale or described anywhere on internet. So at this point it is a very unique item. It will be a great addition to a collection for a Ranch Oak aficionado, or also very special gift for someone who loves high quality cowboy design. Shows normal wear and natural alterations in wood and leather appearance, but has nothing I would by any means call a defect. The design of leather work is simply georgeous, it goes completely around the full diameter of the lamp base, and joins up in the back of the lamp. Please see photo for the impressive design. The design has a steer head on the front and back of the lamp, and numerous other decorative design elements on the leather. This lamp is solid oak and has the weight to show it. Please note there is no shade. For safety, the electrical part that holds the bulb and shade has been replaced, the upper part of the metal shaft has been painted gold, the rest of the lamp is original material. The wooden and leather lamp base has not been touched at all. I am hoping that this will make a very special addition to the home of someone who loves beautiful american design and who can treasure it as I have done. I will also be posting a very unique bona fide Ranch Oak armchair in the near future, another one of a kind.
