The handbook is comprised of a small 6-ringed plastic binder which contains the pages. The book is marked in part as follows: MASSACHUSETTS LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS HAND BOOK (HANDBOOK on title page). ATTORNEY GENERAL, ROBERT H. QUINN. CHAIRMAN, COMMITTEE ON LAW ENFORCEMENT AND THE ADMINISTRATION OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE. 1972. The book has a total of 55 numbered pages. The book measures roughly 6 1/2” x 4 1/2” x 7/8” and weighs 3.8 oz. The binder has scratches, nicks, bending, dirty and/or stained areas, rust on the metal components, and normal shelf wear. The pages have aging and/or yellowing and some dirty and/or stained areas.
