Description: Vintage RARE True Albino White Squirrel Taxidermy Under Glass Tavern Owned. Another Great Vintage Estate Find! Truly hard to photograph under the glass, it works as a mirror and reflects everything, sorry about that....the only way I could photograph most of the pictures was having it laying down and shooting the pic at an angle. It has glass on 3 sides, wood on 3 sides, top, bottom and back. This may be difficult to see when it's laying down...this is why I did include a few photos with reflections of my boxed listings just so you could see it has glass on 3 sides. This was an Estate Find from a Tavern owner who was retiring. It hung on the wall for decade's and decades. I don't know the age but my house is 140+ years old and the patina on my original trim looks just like the patina on this frame. The frame looks handmade and needs a bit of old English. I was to afraid to unscrew anything to clean the inside, for the age it isn't bad. The Albino color is a ressesive gene and both parents have to have this gene to get a litter of white. This is a must have to add to someone's collection or maybe your lodge or own a tavern or bar. This is a heavy large box, weighing in at over 17 pounds. I forgot to take measurements of the case, you can see it fills most of the box which measures 20x16x12. It is triple boxed and padded as you can see from the pics...this process almost 3 hours to wrap so it will make it safely to your home. ***Please use the zoom feature for the photos as this is part of my description.
