Description: Vintage REAL 1960s Rustic Horseshoes Authentic Wire Wheel Ground Wall Hanging Lucky Horseshoe Hand Forged Horseshoe Mancave Decoration ►► View our store, Estate Sale Secrets, here ◄◄ ►► View our other Vintage Horseshoes here ◄◄ We salvaged hundreds of old rustic horseshoes piled up in the back of a local farmer's barn, and we're offering a randomly chosen used REAL horseshoe worn by REAL horses. Each shoe is individually crafted and truly rustic, meaning it will be well-used and worn and will have many natural and usage-related imperfections, dents, scratches, etc. They've been exposed to wind, rain, mud, etc., so expect some unique wear patterns. NOTE: These shoes are power-washed, hand wire brushed, and then cleaned manually on an electric grinder with a wire wheel to remove all rust. *** STYLE #6C ***At approximately 5.25" wide by 5.25" tall and averaging approximately 1/2 pound, these are authentic horseshoes perfect for rustic decor and craft projects. Worn by quarter horses, trail horses, race horses, gaited horses, and mountain trail horses, each shoe is hand-forged. They're marked "DIAMOND" and "HOT FORGED" on the back, though it's not always super legible, depending on the shoe. They are unique in shape, size, and thickness and have been hammered and molded to fit the horse's foot that wore them. All shoes have had the nails removed (unless requested). We've sorted them by shape and size, so what you'll receive will look generally like those pictured in the photos. Remember that these were hand-forged rather than cast, so each horseshoe will have its own distinct look and feel - no two are the same! However, we attempt to ship them in pairs that resemble each other as closely as possible. Use these as traditional good luck / lucky horseshoes, charms to enhance your country or western decor, or for craft projects or decorations. Nail them to your wall, or incorporate them into your custom art project. *** CONDITION ***Power-Washed / Wire Wheel Ground: These are USED and will be power washed, hand wire brushed. and then wire-wheel ground on an electric grinder to remove all rust and dirt. Rustic, there will still be plenty of nicks, scratches, dings, dents, and wear and tear relating to usage - all of which will likely accentuate any craft or project you have in mind. Aside from any cleaning and treatment described here, all shoes are sold in as-found condition. *** SPECIFICATIONS *** - Qty: 1 - Height: Approx 5.25 in (varies) - Width: Approx 5.25 in (varies) - Weight: 0.5 lb (varies 5.5-10 oz) - Materials: Forged Iron - Age: 1960s (approx) - Type: Pre-Owned Vintage - Defects: (please see photos) *** MARKINGS *** - "DIAMOND" - "HOT FORGED" *** SHIPPING ***All packages are automatically insured up to $100, and if requested, we will pay extra for added insurance if needed to cover the full cost of the items if the purchase price is over $100.
