Has a cotton batting and white backing. Has an added 4" wide ruffle, probably from when originally made. Hand quilted at 10-12 stitches per inch. CONDITION: Has some light age spots. No holes or stains, no broken seams. Packages mailed to Illinois addresses will be charged Illinois sales tax. Items paid by Paypal can only be mailed to the address provided by Paypal payment. SHIPPING TIME I try to ship no later than the next business day. Sometimes I manage to ship on the same day payment is received.
