For auction is a vintage, original and fairly hard to find RME model 4350 ham radio receiver with it's seldom seen original, RME (100kc) crystal calibrator and also a former "Electric Radio" multi page article on this RME receiver. Item is from a smoke free home. Please see all pictures as they are an integral part of this description. Please utilize ZOOM for any extra assistance viewing pictures. This item is in good overall condition with some wear/age present. Please see all thirteen clear pictures as they are an integral part of this description. This receiver retains it's RME factory original S METER as multiple pictures above suggest. Item is free from any large amounts of loose particles inside it's original metal cabinet and/or chassis. This receiver retains it's functioning top cover. All parts inside look to be original and all tubes portrayed in the above pictures are included as shown, and have not been individually tested. Item also looks to be free from any major/non original drilled holes, major damage, etc. and was found with it's line cord/plug intact as picture four indicates. Pictures ten and eleven provide excellent views of this radio's original RME crystal calibrator. The 100kc crystal is intact, and included as shown. This receiver has an awesome, all original front panel. All matching knobs/switches look to be original including the scarce 'dual' TUNING knob(s). The inside knob per the TUNING does move the original dial pointer properly both ways. In regards to the front panel/knobs... please see the last picture as two knobs/control arms were found intact, but loose as shown. Item's dial glass face is intact and all other front panel verbiage, etc. is in very nice, legible condition. This vintage RME 4350 ham radio receiver does not surface often these days, in any condition. This set will be a great addition to your period ham radio station, RME collection, winter season DIY restoration(s), etc. As with all vintage electronics, a qualified person and/or technician should go through this item before continuous use.
