Description: Vintage Rolex Bucherer Watches Lucerne silverplated demitasse spoon, on the back is B 100 12. In the bowl of the spoon is a lion, the signature Lucerne trademark. At the other end s the Rolex trademark and a rose. The B 100 12 mark on the back has to do with silver content, and means 100 grams of silver was used to plate 12 normal size spoons, or 8.33 grams per each spoon in this size. This spoon is 4-3/8" long. I have a total of 3 of these spoons, 3 marked B 100 12, and one marked CB 6.9M which is a different silver content. I am happy to combine shipping if you purchase more than one. Please see scans. A bit of history...Bucherer started giving out these spoons without the Rolex logo in the 1950's to people who stopped by their watch shop. At about the same time they began giving out the first Rolex marked spoon as a promo when you purchased a watch. While the spoons are Rolex affilated in the that Rolex Geneva wholly endorsed the marketing effort by Bucherer, they were a marketing tool of Bucherer.
