Description: The stamp should make it easy to date this vintage postcard, but 1948 would be too late, 1918 too early for the Tripoli stamp. Maybe the partial number next to the XVI could be 1938 (?). Well, we know it is very old because the Tripoli Grand Prix was only held from 1925 to 1940. The card is a 'vera fotografia' real photo by BROM Alterocca-Terni XVI # 1514. It was mailed to a gentleman at the Eastern Rolling Mill Co. in Baltimore. Will be shipped quickly and very well protected.
