The bowl is beautifully painted with a night/day or moon and stars pattern. The plate is designed with holes in the back to hang on a wall, but it will look just as good on a table or shelf. This is an AMAZING piece of Moroccan cultural folk art. The plate is 10 inches in diameter and 2 inches tall. It is in EXCELLENT CONDITION! There are no chips, cracks or scratches. The paint is vibrant and bright. There is a tiny glaze chip in the center of the plate (see last photo).
