There's some minor spots consistent with age, but no noticeable stains, holes, abrasion. Material is 100% cashmere. VERY soft and comfy. Lightly structured shoulder seam. Double breasted "button two, show three" style with notch lapels. Single button on lapel. One interior button. Two slash hand pockets. 3-button non-functional cuffs. Long, single back vent. Fully lined. Listed in both men's and women's categories since it's a pretty unisex style, in my opinion. I tried this on and it fit me well (6'0", 160 lbs, typically size M/L jacket).
