Vintage Seiko 0439-5007 Digital Quartz LCD Watch

Description: Seiko Quartz LC digital watch. Model 0439-5007. An early Seiko LCD featuring top-front buttons, side pusher for setting, and rear battery hatch. All stainless steel case with original stainless steel Seiko bracelet (Z100). The clasp has engraving as shown in the pics. Large time display in 12-hour format. Other features include AM/PM indicator, month/date and microlight. This model did NOT have an alarm feature. Dated from 1977. The overall condition of this vintage time piece is nice. It has been completely disassembled and cleaned. The microlight works and the watch is keeping good time. The case has a brushed finish on top and polished finishing on the sides and bottom. There are a few small scratches and indentations due to use and age. The condition of the crystal is almost perfect with a few very faint scratches. The front pushers move easily and work perfectly. The LCD display has no missing segments. However, the display does have a rainbowing effect when viewed at certain angles or in certain lighting conditions. I showed this in the pictures. It also has a small bleed on the left side near the edge. The watch comes as is with no returns due to being over 45 years old. I am offering free USPS shipping across the continental United States.
