Description: Shawnee Pottery in Zanesville Ohio made numerous figurines, planters, and lots of kitchenware from 1937 to 1961. Many pieces, like this raccoon figurine, had detail that was hand-decorated. It is about 3-1/4 inches tall, 1-1/2 inches wide, and 2 inches front-to-back. Finished in an off-white glossy glaze, the colorful details of the ears, eyes, nose, and paws were hand-decorated. It is in very good vintage condition - no chips, hairlines, or crazing. Ships USPS.
