Signed and dated on lower left . I am not an expert on these therefore I cannot tell if this is a print or painted on paper. At different angles it does look as if it was hand done or a brush was used for some of the raised areas for example the one picture I have of the dogs collar. I'll try to incorporate as many pics as I can. Lautz Bros & Co is who published this. Flaws that I notice are: two pieces of tape as seen in picture in the middle of the print. Also a piece of tape on the right end of the print. Also A few wrinkles and rips on the edges.
