Description: This is a nice vintage Simmons model 1031 fixed 4X28mm rifle scope. It has never been used but was mounted on my 22 rifle. It looks new except for some very minimal finish wear on the scope caps and one tiny spot underneath that was under the scope rings, see last photo.It comes with a pair of 3/8” Burris Z type steel rings. It is a 1” dia scope, so you can mount it utilizing your own 1” dia rings if you wish. This is no longer made by Simmons. Nice, compact size scope with very clear optics.
