I took a picture in my garage and it was reading just above 90. I moved it to my living room and within a couple of minutes it was reading just above 70. See pictures for my little experiment. I'm honestly not sure about the barometer and humidity gauges but it is certainly a neat little instrument. Gauge cluster has light scratching to surface and edges.
