Description: Vintage Silver top Engraved Perfume Bottle With Glass Stopper Chester,Englands. 1900-1920 Vintage Glass Vanity bottle with Silver Lid and Etched Design The lid has the markings of a lion, Chester coat of arms, and the letter “M” In front of the markings was rather hard to make out as it has worn away a bit. I’m not sure the cap belongs to this bottle as the inside has groves ( to screw it down into place) I did purchase it at an estate sale and did question if they went together. Please use zoom to see details. There is no damage to the glass bottle, has a lovely etched design of garland , leaves and small circles. The glass stopper has a few flea bites ( see photo) no cracks or breaks. The lid does have some dents as it is sterling silver and a soft metal. Because if the age and use. It stands at about 4.5” tall About 3” round A great addition to any collection, or just to admire
