It has a sleek structured satin sheen feel with a wide waistband with a concealed hook & eye closing and a wide flared design. There are vertical stripes and a cotton flounce hemline which is gathered with a ruffle seam. It holds a delightful wide flared shape and is in Excellent Condition! It has been professionally handmade for theatre and there is a name label inside.
