I put the dress flat on a sheet and measured approximately where the bust might be (see last photo). My best guess is that the dress bust is 20" across and therefore the dress bust is most likely a little less than 40" total. -No tag for sizing. Approximate measurements are: Waist: 16"Hips: 22"Length: 39"Sleeve opening: 11.5 Measurements were taken while laying down.
