Description: This item is a Stewart Warner Tire Pump Model 108-4X. Tag says Stewert Warner Speedometer Corporation Chicago U.S.A. Patents Pending. I dont know much about this item, but my research suggests it may have been an accessory for a Ford Model A. I've seen similar ones with a gear instead of the pully, so I'm not sure if this was changed out at some point. The pump turns freely and blows/sucks air, but I don't know how much pressure it would pump. The fitting on top is bent, and the threads are damaged.
