Description: Here's a Women's Swiss Army 'Golden Delta' model field watch from the 1990's. These watches are quite rare and I believe Swiss Army only manufactured them during the 1990's. The 'Golden Delta' model was the forerunner to the more common 'Cavalry' model. The watch features an attractive cream color face against light green luminescent numbers and a polished 'golden' stainless steel bezel. These watches have a simple, yet elegant design. It also features the crown at the 2 o'clock position, unique hinged moving lug design, round date window at 6 o'clock, and triangular luminescent markers (all unique features to the Delta model and none of which were carried over the Cavalry model.) The watch face measures approx 30mm. The watch has had considerable wear but is still looks nice overall. The crystal has a few small scratches and chip mark at 6 o'clock where it meets the bezel. The bezel has normal micro scratches from wear and the gold patina is worn off in spots. The original bracelet shows considerable wear with gold patina worn down to the stainless steel base in some spots. I just had the watch serviced/cleaned and a new Energizer battery installed by a professional jeweler on 07/03/23. It is running perfectly! No box but the watch will be carefully packaged with bubble wrap and shipped Priority USPS. Please see my feedback and purchase with confidence.
