Description: This is a Vintage and hard to find WATERMAN's #0552, PANSY PANEL GOLD FILL OVERLAY HARD RUBBER CLIP-CAP FOUNTAIN PEN. The pen is approx 5.5" in length. The pen has a WATERMAN'S IDEAL14K GOLD FLEXIBLE NIB that is missing one it's iridium tips and will need to be repaired. The GF cap and barrel has NO dents and only one very small ding on the cap, no dings or dents on the crown which is very common with GF pens. The pen barrel shows no cracks. on the hard rubber however there is a scratch over the imprint. The imprint is somewhat worn but still readable. No damage on the section or feed. The pen is a lever Filler with the fill lever intact.. A real big plus with this pen as it IS NOT personalized. The pen will need a new bladder and a full restoration in order to write. These Pansy Panel are very collectable pens and each pansy panel example can each be a little different depending on the engraver, some of which were very expressive with their work.
