Description: Vintage Weimar quartz porcelain mantel clock made in East Germany. The porcelain is in very good condition. Beautifully detailed. The clock works and keeps good time. The plastic faceplate has a crack. See photos. Inscriptions on the bottom read Golddekor and Handgemalt (Hand Painted). Also Made in East Germany and on the bottom of the clock GDR which was the German Democratic Republic. The GDR was dissolved in 1990 after the fall of the Berlin wall.
