Description: VINTAGE WOODEN HAND PAINTED SPANISH DANCERS CASTANETS, ONE SET OF 2 CASTANETS REDUCED I am kindly offering this vintage set of 2 wooden castanets that are from the 1970s. They are hand painted with a man and a lady flamingo dancing. The items are in excellent condition with the exception of the tie that holds them together, which shows wear and will need to be replaced. The paint is in excellent condition and shows no wear. I received these castanets as a gift from a friend who visited Mexico in the early 70s. I am retired now and downsizing and offering my treasures for another person to enjoy.. The items will be nice for a collection or for a youngster to practice the flamingo dance. If you have any questions, please ask and I will try to answer them for you.
