Description: Vintage 1941 Hamilton 22 Marine Chronometer Bowl. This WW2 case measures 7.5cm in diameter x 4.5cm in depth. It weighs 822 grammes. It reads "7512- 1941 " on the base and "Hamilton 7512", on the mid-case. The upper bezel also reads "4512". The case comes apart easily enough. The upper bezel does not unscrew. It looks as though it has become cross-threaded. I imagine it will come off with some persuasion.
