Very good original vintage condition aluminium bell,with its original clanger which was produced by the RAF Benevolent Fund and cast in metal from German aircraft, shot down over Britain between 1939-1945 as the inscription around the edge of the bell mentions. There are also profile images of all of the victorious Allied leaders: Winston Churchill (Britain), Franklin D Roosevelt (USA), and Joseph Stalin (USSR). The Victory Bell, so called because of theChurchillinspired V symbol on the handle, measures approx 15cm in height and weighs approx 418g in weight.
