Big Bow in lower back part ( I am sure it could be detached) Can be a Formal, Prom Dress, Quinceanera , Sweet 16, Bridesmaid or Costume. Union Made in the USA . Possibly custom made. Appears clean and ready to wear!!! In great vintage condition, tulle underneath seems to have been cut in some parts to permit movement of skirt but can't be seen unless you turn dress over and doesn't take away from the beauty of this amazing dress. Missing the little hook and eye on top and in back of dress. Not needed as zipper woks great. No Size tag . For reference: Mannequin is Size Extra Small.
