Description: Vintage Yamaha P-450 Fully Automatic Belt Driven Turntable - weighs 12 lbs; FG Servo DC motor. I cleaned this unit with compressed air, simple green and deoxit. Oiled the spindle and belt motor. Readjusted the speed pots and both hold their 33 and 45 rpm respectively. The pitch light works correctly. Rebalanced the tonearm and have the cartridge aligned with an arc template which is included. Cut, Play, Repeat, Speed, 30cm/17cm buttons all work. New hinges were added to the dust cover which was sanded to removed deep scratches. New belt was added to the platter. The cartridge is Audio Technica AT-72E with an ATN72E stylus set at 1.5 grams. I will ship the turntable with bubble wrapping and in a sturdy box with platter removed for shipping.
