This price variant is rare - according to the CGC census, there are only 27 graded copies. This comic is rated 9.6 (Near Mint+) by CGC and also has "White Pages". Its case as a tiny crack toward the bottom right corner (see last picture above) - it's small enough that I don't think most collectors would mind, but worth mentioning.
