Description: Vintage VITO Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece.This older mouthpiece has a ridge back, and a ligature that matches this particular mouthpiece. Both are intact and in overall good shape, as seen in the photos.The reed facing looks in good shape, as well as the neck receptacle opening being very clean, but note that the top facing has some teeth marking. I have used some older mouthpieces years back and would use a teeth guard when I had one such as this. These days I'm pretty set with my old scroll shank Selmer C* for my limited tenor saxophone playing.The ligature is original and fitted for this mouthpiece. You don't find that much these days except in upper line items. The black plastic cap might be original. I cannot say for sure, but it fits quite well and looks a little better than current economy black plastic covers I've had.That said, See the photos and let me know if you got questions. Thanks.
