I am listing one of Volante Design's exquisite coats, the Cormac in Templar Stealth color scheme. This coat is part of their Assassin's Creed production line and features the coat from AC: Rogue. This is a waxed canvas coat and, while not completely waterproof, is weather resistant and can hold out in light rain just fine. Aside from a couple small stains on the left side of the coat, it's still in excellent condition. I wore it only several times over the past winter/spring season. My chest size is around 36"-37", so this 39" coat fits me perfectly with some room for layering. The general rule is to have 1"-2" of extra space depending on how much you plan to layer, so this coat will fit chest sizes of up to 37"-38".
