Only Joseph and Mary light up. It would be very easy to use a box cutter to cut a hole in the other 3 pieces to add lighting. I will include 2 extra cords. Measurements: Joseph 19" Mary 18" Baby Jesus 12" Cow 15" Donkey 13". This set can be set up outside, or inside. Please look carefully at the photos as there is some missing paint on both Joseph and Mary. (not a Lot)
