Description: Depression Era J.C. Penny Foremost Hunting Riding Work Boots Size 10. Soft toe, very thick, treated leather (original). Very rare and extremely hard to find especially in this condition. These were my fathers, purchased from the Penny catalogue, worn once, and stored for over 70 years. These have marks, scuffs, signs of use, and are in Very Good condition. No dry-rotting, cracks, or splitting. The leather is originally treated (not sure if its waxed). The only thing I did after all this time was take a shoe brush to it so the potential for these is great. Amazing piece of history with this one. Interior is in Very Good condition and clean. No smells or odors. No original box and the laces are not original. You will be hard pressed to find another pair like this in this condition. These can be a museum piece.
