The June 1970 booklet is sponsored by Ortho Pharmaceutical Corp, advertising Delfen Contraceptive Foam and Masse Breast Care Cream. Entitled "Rapid Post Natal Figure Recovery" by Constance Reed, a practicing dance therapist trained at Flower and Fifth Avenue Hospital New York. Acquired from a Bullitt County KY estate, and obviously well loved. Booklet has fold and crease marks, some aging discoloration, and dog eared binding torn at crease.
