Description: For sale is a Vintage Original Paula Sillisculpt Figurine from 1972. The 5.5" figurine is made of wood and coated with a thin plastic resin. It features a snickering man dressed in a suit and holding a box above his left ear. On its base, it bears the inscription "HEY TOOTS... WANNA GO STEADY ? TRY CASTOR OIL !" This particular figurine is designated with the model number W-305. The "box" compartment was originally supposed to hold an actual lifesize ring to present to a woman as a gag gift. However, the ring is long gone and will NOT be included. (Perhaps you could attach your own ring and present it to your significant other!). There is dried glue or putty on the inside of the compartment where the ring would have originally been attached. However, this is not visible when viewing the figurine at eye level. Despite the missing ring, the figurine itself is in EXCELLENT condition with no major flaws. There appears to be a tiny chip on the bottom edge of the front of the base which may have been an imperfection in the wood. However, it is unnoticeable except under close inspection. There is also some very minor wear on the surface of the pad that is attached to the bottom of the base. (SEE PICTURES for condition details). Item comes from a smoke-free home.
