We stumbled upon the most incredible estate sale of an even more incredible gentleman. He was a professional in his rather staid field (accounting) but he was also an artist and fashion loving man at heart. The ties he had were so carefully kept in closed drawers in his walk in closet. The home was pet free and smoke free. There were so many gorgeous ties it is difficult to imagine that he wore any of them more than once--if that!
