I can say it is wool or a wool blend based in the feel and character of the material. The measurements are depicted in pics. Really cool true vintage Houndstooth suit jacket. The jacket measures 36" bust, 16" from shoulder to shoulder, 22.5" from shoulder at the collar to the bottom hem. The sleeves measure 23" from the cuff to the shoulder peak. See pics for detail.
