Satin piping trim at cuffs and waist with a large center satin waist bow, which has some loose threads and is safety pinned on the inside (pictured). Pouf skirt is has stiff waist pleats & is backed & mesh lined for volume. Very slight discoloration at neckline & missing counterparts of H&E closures at neck & waist, & very minor repair needed at top of zipper, which is in good condition. Small blemish & light discoloration on the back of waist (pictured). Dress is in overall good condition with minor wear & tear & no other visible stains or flaws.
