The notes and guitar are cut from felt and appear glued in place. ***It has some grime in one area near waist as seen in photo when full skirt is on the floor in a circle I did not wash the skirt, choosing to leave the method of cleaning to the desire of the buyer. The best representation of the true color on my screen is the photo with the waist measurement. Color may vary from screen to screen. Elastic waist rests at 28” and stretches to 38” Length is approximately 32.5” Crinoline fits similarly Model is 5’2” with 36” waist. Skirt was comfortable at waist.
