Description: True Vintage 1990s/ Y2K vintage size Large has the old Forever 21 brand tag spaghetti straps intentional slit on the front of the dress - 90s style fabric has stretch approximate measurements:bust 36" - stretches to approximately 48" waist - elastic waist - part of the exterior stitching is missing 25" - stretches to approximately 35" hips 34" - up to approximately 43" - 44" length - top of strap to bottom hem edge 34.5" - 35" slit 5"weight 6.6 ounces no fabric tag - feels like polyester or polyester blend fabric has a coarse feel to it - not soft like rayon from the 90s does not have pockets Large area of the exterior stitching on the elastic waistband is missing - see photos. A few white thread stitches were added on the V-neckline for modesty. Stitches can be removed if desired. No fabric tag. Fabric has a coarse feel (fabric is not soft like rayon).
